We act as the liaison with the telephone company in any line related problem to assist in obtaining a rapid solution as per Federal Regulations. We handle all aspects of Network Services including Ordering Lines, Coordinating Time Schedules, Executing Changes and Additions, & Arranging Moves.

Local Trunking and Facilities Management

As an Authorized Agent for Bellsouth, Telesystems of South Florida will engineer the proper trunking facilities and coordinate installation for all voice and data applications. Whenever trunks, lines or data facilities are needed, Telesystems of South Florida will provide a single point of contact to ensure the integrity of all services.

Long Distance Recommendations and Implementation

Telesystems of South Florida will provide ongoing negotiation with long distance carriers on the customer's behalf, providing increased savings, enhanced billing features, and efficient, pro-active service. Telesystems of South Florida will also serve as the central coordinator for all billing and service implementation issues, ensuring that all vendors perform to contractual specifications.

Repair Service:

Telesystems of South Florida will serve as the primary point of contact for customer service issues, including service interruptions, billing issues and general information. Telesystems of South Florida will assume responsibility for all your equipment and service needs.

Routine Service

Routine service is provided on a daily basis Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Problems that are isolated or minor are considered routine. Normal response time for this service is twenty-four (24) hours.

Emergency Service

Telesystems guarantees service in the event of system malfunction within four (4) hours of notification of the condition to our Service Department. Major malfunction is defined as the operator console not working, half (½) of the telephone system is inoperable or a company is unable to make or receive any calls.

Additions, Changes & More

Telesystems can also help you with any additions or changes you wish to make to your phone service or equipment. We can provide you with any thing from additional telephone lines, additional telephone, access for telephone lines and telephones by installing additional jacks and software, and make upgrades of your system. We can even help you move your entire phone system to your new office.
