Bronze Warranty Program
Do you believe that the Warranty offered on a product is directly related
to the quality of that product? And do you believe that a high quality
product will experience few breakdowns and have an extended life expectancy?
And do you also believe that few breakdowns will limit the amount of
time that your business is adversely affected by a faulty Telecommunications
System? Of course you do!
At Telesystems of South Florida, we believe that the quality of the
product we sell should be directly related to the warranty we offer on
that product. Since the systems we sell have a long life expectancy and
rarely experience breakdowns, we can offer a warranty program unequaled
in the industry.
A one year parts and labor warranty is standard, but Telesystems of
South Florida provides a FIVE YEAR PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY on our entire
line of high quality telecommunications products. We call this our Bronze
Warranty Program.
How can we offer this? A two-phase approach is required to bring this
extraordinary offering to the marketplace.
First, we market only the most reliable and flexible telecommunications
hardware available. This is determined by the manufacturer's published "Mean
Time between Failure Rates" for all telecommunications products.
For this reason, we are a factory representative for TELRAD,
and TOSHIBA.
Secondly, we have a partnership with TECHNOLOGY ASSURANCE GROUP, INC.
(TAG) to underwrite this offering. Telesystems is part of TAG's Nationwide
Network of Telecommunications Dealers who have pooled their resources
and risks to be able to offer this program.
All major components (cabinets, power supplies, circuit cards, telephones,
voice mail, call accounting, and peripheral equipment) carry a full Five
(5) Year Parts and Labor Warranty from the date of installation. If a
part is replaced, there is no service call charge, labor charge or part
charge. Traditionally, this could reach into the hundreds or even thousands
of dollars, with labor rates fast approaching $100 to $200 an hour.
Your only out-of-pocket expense is a deductible in the amount of $50.
Just think, your entire risk is limited to a nominal $50 deductible
per service occurrence!
For the first 30 days, all programming changes are non-conditional
and are made at no cost.
At the end of the five-year warranty period, Telesystems of South Florida
provides a service and maintenance contract covering all parts and labor
necessary to maintain the system at an optimum level of operation. Contract
costs are based on system size and configuration.
Silver Maintenance Program
Even though we offer the most extensive warranty in the industry, it
is important to consider a total maintenance program. The Silver Maintenance
Program begins where the Bronze Warranty Program ends, giving the customer
total control over system cost and functionality.
When combined with the Bronze Warranty, the Silver Maintenance Program
includes:
- Waiver of the Bronze Warranty $50 deductible
- Software networking and design; software adjustments and re-programming;
- Resolution of wiring and cabling problems
- Resolution of telephone company problems, and interface with long
distance carriers
- Additional customer training programs and User Guides
- Replacement of defective base cords and handset cords
- Quarterly back-up and inspection of TOSHIBA systems
- Annual inspection of TOSHIBA systems
- Auditing of local and long distance expenses; cost-saving recommendations
- Free consultation
- Travel time
- 24- hour, 7 day emergency service
- Trade-in guarantee
- Price protection and Remote programming at $15 per change
- Preventive maintenance inspection
The cost of the Silver Maintenance agreement for your telephone system
is $1.50 per port, per month. This is the most comprehensive and lowest
cost in the industry!
